Creative new beginning under new management
The Burgenwelt Ehrenberg Association was looking for a new tenant for its gastronomy and has found one in Cathrin Brandts. In a multi-stage selection process, she impressed with her creative concept and has now taken over the management of Gasthof Salzstadl, including the adjoining hotel.

Preserving tradition, introducing new ideas
The commitment to the “Tiroler Wirtshauskultur” and certification as part of the “AMA Genuss-Region” will continue to be hallmarks of quality in a cuisine that focuses primarily on regional and fresh products. The Salzstadl team welcomes you
The Gasthof Salzstadl accommodates up to 180 guests. The large sun terrace offers additional seating for up to 150 guests while providing a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. Table reservations for groups are requested.
